These Terms of Sale define the conditions applicable to any purchase of services (credits, subscriptions) via the Vidiome platform.
Vidiome offers credit packs and monthly or annual subscriptions for using its AI services.
Prices are indicated in Euros (€) including all taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are secured by Stripe.
According to local consumer laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not provided on a tangible medium if execution has begun with the consumer's express prior consent. Any purchase of credits or consumed subscriptions is final.
Apart from the legal right of withdrawal, no refunds will be granted for credits already used or subscriptions already started.
